Urban Interns, a national marketplace that connects growing companies with people seeking part time jobs and internships, reports that from January to February 2011, employers increased their demand for interns and part-time employees with the following skills: web development, web design, financial analysis, bookkeeping, and search engine optimization (“SEO”). The company saw triple-digit increases in demand for each of those skills. Urban Interns also reports that in terms of top jobs sought, these are exactly the same categories of growth.
