Responsibilities: Candidate will locate real estate signs advertising both buildings and land for lease and for sale which he or she believes should be compatable for a franchise location (food, retail, auto, hotel or motel). Candidate will contact property owner, property manager, real estate agent, and city/county/state economic development area managers and sell advertisement listings for compatable properties. Advertised listings will be found online at FranchiseUniverse.com in the new Franchise Real Estate Locator. Listed properties will also be included in the Franchise Universe newsletter sent to 1000's of franchise companies who will contact listing company directly. When speaking with listing company intern can complete advertising form for lister on their behalf and send it to FranchiseUniverse.com who will send credit card billing form to listing party. Intern will receive commissions on sales weekly or monthly based on sales volume.
