My name is Tommie Jackson-Smith, I am a junior at Cleveland State University, in Cleveland, OH. I am looking for internships in the above fields and for full time in the summer, if an employer is interested now I could only dedicate between 5-10 hours a week. My major is Sociology and Spanish, I am interested in event Planing but also working with TV, Film, a P.R Firm, Fashion, and Magazines to get my feet wet.As well as market and consumer research, H.R, translation fields, and other realted positions. I would like to get acquatined with some of these to get a better idea of which field I am most interested in working in. I am very passionate and a hard, dedicated worker. A genuine and sociable person as well as being focused. I love to learn new things and I learn very quickly. I am able to keep up with fast paced environments and have experience being assistants and doing office work as well as retail. I have a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean, with an anticipated teaching certificate track, so any jobs concearning these areas or spanish along with the previous would be ideal, I am flexible and up for anything to gain experience.
