·         6 years customer service, financial processing, tracking, teaching and reporting experience in fast-paced retail and mortgage processing industries

·         4 years sales experience, including outside business to business sales, cold calling, and meeting and exceeding established quotas

·         10+ years customer/client relationship experience in high volume environments
Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast paced environment
