I am a junior communication major at the University of Maryland with a focus in public relations.  I have experience at a book publishing company, Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, where I was a Publicity Intern during the summer of 2011.  I gained experience working in a professional setting, writing press releases, and working with the marketing team.  I am a fast learner and am extremely eager to learn how to work in many different fields of communication.
