I have an experience of 3 years working as a virtual assistant. More than an admin assistant, I see myself as a problem solver from start to finish on any project or task. I have provided services to various Small Medium Business based in UK and US and my work timing are very flexible as per my client’s working schedule.
My experience and skill set make me a good fit :
I have training in all MS Office platforms and have hands on experience of working with publishing reports, Power Point (simple to complex) & excel - pivot tables, filters, data validation and formulas.
I frequently manage Travel arrangements like Airfare Bookings, Car rental Bookings, Hotel Bookings and Restaurant Reservations ,expense claims post travel and stuff like booking a preferred seat, updating frequent flier miles. I recently planned, booked and filed expenses of my customer in the Bay area. I also handle an exclusive Expedia account for my customer in NY. Besides I also assist in managing and booking dinner reservations.
Recently I booked a table for 20 people with a prerequisite of the cost being between $15-25 per person.
Being an executive assistant to a busy individual customer, I manage her expenses, schedule phone calls, travel arrangements and appointments for her to ensure she is on top of her work. This customer who is an entrepreneur based out of MIT Sloan, has handed over her calendar to us. I schedule her dental, doctor appointments, manage her emails etc., all of which sounds similar to your needs.
I have good experience of CRM updating, Designing, Research, Data Entry, Contact Management, Calendar management and General Admin work and making Power Point presentations.
I make it a point to remain in constant contact with my customers through phone, Skype and Emails. I am ready to work upon the agreed hours as per your requirements.
