I am currently a graduate student in the Digital Media Master's program at the University of Central Florida.
I am also a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Studies program of the same school.
"What does this mean?", you ask?
It means that I've decided to combine two majors and transform them into one. I chose to combine Marketing and Graphic Design into my curriculum, so that I can appeal to a large and almost intertwined industry of professionals. With this combination, I have managed to gain about 2 years of professional experience, while simultaneously running my own freelance and marketing business.
I hope to pursue a career in non-profit promotions, working as a visual coordinator or art director, preferably with the Ad Council in Atlanta or Washington D.C.; until then I am gaining the experience I need to climb the industry ladder.
