As a 20-something Social Media Enthusiast, my biggest passions are
communicating and connecting. I became involved in social media 7 years
ago, when message boards were at their peak, & MySpace was blooming
as a social network. Since then, a lot has happened in social media and
I've been staying active, 140 characters at a time.
As social media and how we communicate with the world change rapidly, my
passion hasn't wavered. After spending years in administrative jobs
(Where I learned a lot but was not happy), I have decided that my next
step needs to be toward a career, not just a job.
As having been both a constituent and a brand representative, I am a
natural conversation driver. With 10 years of customer service (from
retail to clients to vendors) under my belt, my skill set makes me the
perfect candidate for a position involving social media, marketing and
an active community.
I am seeking paid contract/freelance projects (virtual).
