I am currently enrolled at Drexel University’s School of Public Health, earning my Masters of Public Health with a concentration in management and policy.  Synchronously, I am working at the University as the Student Life Programs Assistant.  As well, I am volunteering at Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children and the Arthritis Foundation.  Prior to this, I was employed as a Customer Care Associate with Health Advocate.

I was able to perfect my communication skills as it entailed speaking with a number of diverse clients about sensitive health care issues. Because of this experience I am well versed in health plans, insurance companies, data organization and privacy under HIPPA regulations.  Health Advocate’s, unofficial motto stated, “never say no” in regards to client assistance; to that end I was able to form impeccable communication skills while simultaneously being flexible enough to effectively create solutions to the client issues.

My detail-oriented behavior allows me to flourish as a student, intern and employee.
