My passions lie in relationships; the development of relationships, how to improve them, how to grow them, and how to tie people together personally and professionally. I'm intrigued by the growth of social relationships and how image and reputations of professional people and businesses are in large part determined by what others are saying online about them. Public Relations is a great passion of mine as well and I'm motivated to tie my natural ability for finding creative solutions to reputation management and to bringing attention to a company or cause. I've found that online marketing and social media efforts are crucial channels for doing just that and so I have sought skills in these fields wherever I can find them. Even when I'm not physically at work, I'm gobbling up new techniques, websites that I find influential, tips, and tutorials so that I can be constantly growing alongside a socially connected society. Personally I'm a very conscious and aware person who senses the needs and feelings of others, can recognize what motivates them or what makes people afraid. Professionally I draw upon those natural abilities as well as my creative nature to develop plans for bringing people together, observing trends, and creating solutions for business dilemmas when they happen or helping to prevent them wherever I can advise. I seek employment where I can grow and be a part of a team of people with varying talents where we can work collaboratively on projects and help a business thrive in an online world.
