Phi is a community organizer in the digital and physical space. He uses social media and online platforms to build communities that lead to real world action. His past experience also includes event planning, public speaking, staff training and development, youth development, and partnership acquisition.

At Community Lab, Phi was the Community Engagement Coordinator and was responsible for social media strategy, online marketing of the organization's brand, planning and managing special events, student club relationships, partnership acquisition and developing strategy for community outreach.

Before that, he was a Leadership Trainer at the Leadership Program where he engaged students ranging from elementary level up to the high school in arts programs to teach them leadership skills.

His side projects include heading a program to teach youth business skills through music education and freelance social media consulting as well as DJ'ing.

In the past, he has interned at Parent Corps at the NYU Child Study where he developed sound research skills and he also gained online marketing experience while interning with a Village Voice online writer.

He specializes in digital strategy, social media, online marketing, event planning, program coordination, public speaking, partnership acquisition, youth development, staff development, and research and analysis.
